On Wednesday, April 21 I was watching Fox and Friends as I was dressing for work. Donald Trump was on by telephone, and proclaimed, "This is a great time to buy real estate." The retort from the commentator was something like, "That's because you have a lot of real estate for sale. To that Mr. Trump quietly said, "Well I'm buying as much as I can." Like the Donald or not, he knows real estate.
We are pleased to see so much new home building activity in the subdivision this year. Six new homes have broken ground and are under construction right now. We now know six more families who understand why La Tierra Escondida is the place to be! You should come by and find out for yourself why we have sold more lots, and have more homes under construction, than any other large lot subdivision in the area.
