Activity has been picking up again in La Tierra Escondida.  We put two more lots under contract this week and have a third in the process as of this blog.  A lot of home building activity is occurring homes are under construction all over both phase two and one. Several of the new homes that started construction earlier this year have been completed, seven new homes are under construction as of this blog, and new residents are moving in all the time.

The summer rains have turned the desert into a beautiful oasis once again.  The cactus, and other desert flora are flowering and looking fabulous.  New homes are being built, lots are selling, and this is a great time to take advantage of the tremendous values in La Tierra Escondida before they're gone forever.
